Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, Glade Church will hold church services unless cancellation annoucements are issued on these local radio stations, WFMD (AM 930), WFRE (FM 99.9), or WAFY (FM Key 103.1).
Sunday School will be canceled when the snow emergency plan is in effect at 8:00 a.m. in Frederick County.

Directions to Glade United Church of Christ
From the North:  Take Route 194 South. Bear right onto East Frederick Street and turn right onto Fulton Avenue; you will be able to see the church on your left… or… take Route 15 South to the Biggs Ford Road exit. Turn left onto Biggs Ford Road and continue on West Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn right onto Fulton Avenue; you will be able to see the church on your right.
From the South:  From Frederick, take Route 15 North to the Biggs Ford Road exit. Turn right onto Biggs Ford Road and continue on West Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn right onto Fulton Avenue; you will be able to see the church on your right… or… take Route 15 North to the Route 26 East exit. Follow Liberty Road (Route 26 East) across the Monocacy River toward Libertytown/Walkersville. At the traffic light, turn left onto Woodsboro Pike (Route 194 North). Turn left on Nicodemus Road and turn right on West Frederick Street. Turn left on Fulton Avenue; you will be able to see the church on your left.
From the East:  From Liberty Road (Route 26), take Woodsboro Pike (Route 194 North) about two miles. Turn left on Nicodemus Road and turn right on West Frederick Street. Turn left on Fulton Avenue; you will be able to see the church on your left.
From the West:  From Interstate 70 or Alternate Route 40, take the Route 40 East exit. Follow Route 40 to the Route 15 North exit; turn left onto Route 15 North. Take Route 15 North to the Route 26 East exit. Follow Liberty Road (Route 26 East) across the Monocacy River toward Libertytown/Walkersville. At the traffic light, turn left onto Woodsboro Pike (Route 194 North). Turn left on Nicodemus Road and turn right on West Frederick Street. Turn left on Fulton Avenue; you will be able to see the church on your left.
